I-Genesys ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit i-genesys.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who We Are
The data controller for this website is AHILENDRA VENTURES LLP, trading as I-Genesys, Mahadevwadi Main Road, Pooja Park, Mayani Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat 360001, India (GSTIN 24ACIFA5151E1ZS).

What We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit our Strategy Call form we collect:
- your name, company name, work email and company website
- your agency size and how you'd like to work with us
- optionally, your budget range, the region you're based in and when you'd like to start
- anything you write about your challenges or goals
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site: pages viewed, time on site, how you arrived, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or country level). We have turned off Google's advertising features and Google signals, and we never send your name, email address or form answers to Google Analytics.
Technical logs. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser and the time of a request) to keep the site secure and working. We don't use these logs to identify visitors.

We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we don't sell your data. Ever.

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Analytics stays switched off unless you click Accept.

Changing your mind. Click Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics at any time. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.
Who We Share It With
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. They only receive the information they need to do their job:
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Our email service provider: delivers and stores the emails created when you submit our form or contact us.
- Slack: receives a copy of each Strategy Call form submission in our private workspace so our team can respond quickly.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks that Strategy Call form submissions come from a person, not a bot. It processes technical details such as your IP address and browser information for this check only.
- WhatsApp (Meta): carries your messages if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Google (Google Analytics): website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We don't share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
International Transfers
We are based in India, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where personal data from the UK or EEA is transferred, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How Long We Keep Data
- Enquiries (emails and Slack messages): for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep business records, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. We delete them sooner if you ask.
- Google Analytics data: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, no longer than 14 months.
Your Rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it's wrong
- ask us to delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it
- receive a copy of it in a portable format
- withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, using Cookie Settings
To exercise any of these rights, email jenish@i-genesys.com. We'll reply within one month.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you're elsewhere, we extend the same rights as a matter of good practice.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want applied to our own.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version.
